What dies that mean? Have they been removed or not

can you confirm with the following response

"yes access has been removed for playstation 4"

or "no, playstation 4s still have access"

What TV package do you have, Sky Q or Sky Glass ?

Do you have Multiscreen if you have Sky Q or the Whole Home if you have Sky Glass ?

Hi its sky signature, formly known as sky Q i believe

If you don't have Multiscreen, Sky Go Extra or the Whole Home package then you can't access Sky Go on a PS4 I'm afraid. Sky Go Extra can be added for £5 a month if you don't have the other two.

What i dont understand is that its worked perfectly fine for the last 10 years and now over night it doesn't?
