Unable to view purchased films on Sky Go app

Hi,

I am unable to see any purchased films on the Sky Go app under the Purchases section. 

I can access my recordings as normal on the app and everything seem ok with the app apart from the Purchases not being available

I can view the purchased films on the main Sky Q box, mini box and Sky Store app without an issue..

Just wondering what I can do to view these?

I have signed out, then back into the app, uninstalled and re-installed the app, both do not resolve the issue.

Any help gratefully appreciated.

Can you see the purchases section on the Sky Go app ?

Hi @greg500   Have you tried the Sky Store Player? This should provide a means of viewing your purchases even after leaving Sky.

@MightyQuinn- yes I am aware of that, however I would like to view these within the Sky Go app if possible.  Just wanting to know if these films SHOULD be there or not?

Hi @greg500   Yes, they should be available on the Sky Go App. However, they have to be on the Sky Q box, that is not archived but downloaded and available to view on the Sky Q box.

Thanks for your reply @MightyQuinn - I downloaded an archive film I had purchased and it then was showing in both the Recent section and Purchases section of the Sky Go app so that answers my question.
