Unable to sign into SkyGo via Apple TV

I have downloaded the SkyGo spp from Apple TV. When I sign in for the first time it says something went wrong please try later 

 

I have tried later many times but. Any log in and my details are correct

This probably a long shot but does your password contain anything that is not a letter or a number ?
