Unable to sign in to Sky Go App

Hi

When I try to sign into Sky Go on my iPad or phone I am getting 'there is a technical error' message. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, turned on & off, linked Skyid, tried on WiFi & 5G - nothing works

Can anyone assist please?
