Unable to manage devices from Sky Go app
I am having exactly the same problem as Natalie367 (logged in community 28/3/25): it is impossible to make any changes to devices, users or even to see devices and users from within the Sky Go app.
There is a 'whoops!' message.
The fact that I have been given from Sky customer services a workaround to use from the My Sky app is neither here nor there; the Sky Go app has no management functionality.
How can I undertake Sky Go device management from within the Sky Go app please?

If so is your account linked as we this:
