evening all.
does anyone else have an issue when trying to download sky go to a windows (11) laptop?
i have more than enough required space to instal, however when it runs the installers i get to what seems to be the 2nd section and get an error.
as i have tried this multiple times i have even used control panel to uninstall to try agin, and again, and again.
the error received is as follows
"an error occured while trying to replace the existing file:
DeleteFile Failed : code 5.
Access is Denied.
Click to retry, ignore or abort."
i have even tried to launch via the website without installing the app but it then gives me a Java Script error. "no such file" which would make sense.

turns out a partial failed download caused it previously. was advised to go into the hidden files, clean up and now problem resolved.
thank you

Re: Unable to install Sky GO on windows laptop
Could this be your anti virus causing this issue as this member here had the same error last year and reported that this was what was causing it.
