Is your device running IOS 12 or later, if it isn't or you are not sure go to Settings > General > Software Update and check to see if there are any updates available.

Yes, it has the latest update. I have been told by Sky that its probably down to my Internet speed and that's being upgraded to 150 mbps next week. In the meantime I have found that turning the box off and on again solves the problem, so will put up with that until the upgrade.
