You can record them - there's an option at the top of the TV guide for "Record to Sky box". If you choose that, it'll show all the channels and you can set recordings for BBC1 and 2.

Note that the absence of BBC channels from the Go EPG (when the app is 'away from home' with a Sky+/Sky Q subscription, and all the time with Sky Glass/Stream) is a choice made by the BBC in order to drive traffic to iPlayer and so justify Licence Fee spending on that platform: this isn't something which Sky has any control over.
