Tv guide has not been working on Sky Go App for 4months
Has anyone else found a way fixing this as not having any joy with Sky fixing it.

Is Sky Go connected to your Sky Q box if it is trt updating the software on your Q box as this has fixed it for others in the past:

Yes it is connected, I've searched for an update but don't see one. Mine updates during the night automatically

Have you tried disconnecting the app to your box, you can do this via the settings section in the Sky Go app.
