Trying to log into my sky go on PS4 but keep getting the msg "to use this service you need to accept the sky terms & conditions" . Any suggestions? I've already accepted the terms and conditions

If you haven't got Sky Go Extra then you will need to call Sky to get it added, there is a cost unless you have multiscreen then it is free.

Does that message pop up if you install the Sky Go app on a mobile ?

No, I've already had it installed on my phone, I read somewhere to install it on a tablet or laptop first, I did that and then I finally got logged in on the ps but it's now saying I need sky go extra to use it on a PS4( more money 😞). Thanks for getting back to me
