Trying to log into sky go via my Xbox

I'm trying to log into sky go on my Xbox but it says it's not possible to do so.  Even tho sky go work on my phone

You can't use sky go on this device yet. You'll need sky q multi screen, sky glass whole home or sky go extra subscription to access sky go on this device

Do you have one of the mentioned subscriptions? This is a console requirement that your phone does not need ro access Sky Go

My sky package went live today, i can use sky go on mine and my partners phones. Wouldve thought i can use it on that, I thought to watch all at once you need those mentioned. To watch one at a time it's standard

Consoles need the extra subscription that phones/tablets do not
