How long have you been a Sky TV customer because is this a new issue so prior to this it was working ?

Couple of months it been it this for a couple of days and only on channel works and the other channels doesn't work.

Are you seeing this on everything you are trying to view inclusing live TV, if so is the app connected to a Sky Q box ?

Accept for bbc one and when clicking on a channel it keeps popping up the same message and also connect to sky Q box

Does that message pop up if you go to the settings on the app and turn off the connection to your Sky Q box the try to view channel 106 for example ?
