Apologies, do not have an answer but I too have this error, prompted to Try Again or sign in, this does not work. This is happening on my XBOX and I do have an active Wole Home subscription with Sky Stream. No reported issues with Sky TV / Go apps either. Wanted to post so not seen as an isolated issue.
