There has been a problem connecting to the sky go network

Some things work but watching any live sports e.g Football i cant watch any as this error message keeps coming up.. iv tried restarting and uninstalling but and waiting as it says but still no luck and still cant watch any live sports when its on..

Anyone had the same problem?

What device are you using and also if you are using a VPN try disabling it.

Hello people . I've been having much the same problems in that the signal keeps cutting out, a little box tells me you're not connected to the internet, or there has been a problem of some sort! Well, I already know that! I called sky for what must have been the 20th time a couple of days ago but since then the problem is even worse. Its become a real sticking point for me to stay with sky. I've been paying around £100  month for the past 15 years and I'm sick and tired of their excuses.
