I have been watching Netflix via Sky with no issues ... this week when I go to Netflix the names listed, and the little square face emoji's aren't mine or my families, it seems to be someone called 'Claudia', and Claudia has added a pin so its unusable to me.
Someone else appears to have linked their netflix account to my Sky .....
Can anyone help ?
