Only if you subscribe through Sky  (not just if have in on Sky) and do not pay BT for your TNT subscription.

You also need the Sky Q Monthly Multiscreen subscription.

I came across this post. Unfortunately, it's not quite clear and correct. 

I have a Sky+HD & Multi-screen subscription. On the Sky Go app, I do not see any Box Office channels, even for a PPV event. 

So, is there a limitation on the Sky Go app to not permit even paid PPV's on the app and is only TV, itself?

The channels themselves are not available via Sky Go but as stated above if you have multiscreen then you can connect the app to a Sky Q box to be able to stream them from the box.
