TNT Sports 1 not showing on Sky Go but TNT Sports 2 and the others are

This evening for some reason neither TNT Sports 1  (nor HD) show on the channel list on Sky Go. Oddly TNT Sports 2, 3 & 4 are still on the list, its just TNT Sports 1 that is missing. I pay for the Sky Go addon, I'm away from my house (yes I'm still in Ireland!) overnight so can't get to my Sky Q box to even record what I want to watch (UFC tonight)... Any one else having this problem?  Is it something local to Ireland?

I have had no issues with TNT Sports 1 (or HD) on Sky Go  previously and pay my subscription through Sky Ireland.

Also, just to add, I was able to at least set it to record by searching up the programme in the Sky Go app and it did allow me to Record to box, but offle, the channel label is missing on the app, so there may be some labelling problem or other issue in Sky Go...

I'm not in Ireland @ShaneMcG but TNT Sports 1 shows for me under the record to box option.

Thanks a mil @caesarome!. It might just be some localised issue, I'll raise formally with sky when their support is online tomorrow and post an update in case others are also affected...

In England and not showing on my SkyGo either however I am able to watch live via the Discovery+ app... hallelujah!!!

Thanks @s3thg3ko, that's great you have an option for watching the UFC etc, we don't have the option over here to watch TNT Sports on Discovery+, probably down to local licensing agreements etc. Still I've managed to record it via Sky Go app and will be home midday tomorrow to watch the big event!

Same issue here every other tnt channel showing expect tnt sport 1 which is the only one im interested in for UFC!!

OK, so the Sky Help team got back to me on Facebook messenger, (Thanks Michelle!)

 

 

there is a solution that worked for me...

1) Log out from Sky Go app, you'll see it under the Settings icon.

2) Uninstall Sky Go from your device

3) Redownload and reinstall and sign in again.

4) Go down the list of channels and you'll see that TNT Sports 1 is actually there... However the label is missing. In Ireland for example it normally shows as Channel 410. It is there just with no label. When I select it, I then can access the channel listing, but again with no label. See attachments and you'll see what I mean... The channel numbers will be different for all the different Sky territories as we all have different orders, but hopefully it will show for you correctly now...

I have had TNT sports sub set up via Sky, and initially I could see all 4 TNT sports channels on the Sky Go app, now I can only see three; TNT1 isn't showing. It's there on both of my streaming pucks / TVs but not on any sky go apps.

Neither TNT1 channels showing, the channel numbers are not showing up. I've tried the sign out / uninstall and reinstall procedure.

I can't quite see on your image but it looks like you are on a mobile data network so what haoppens if you connect to Wifi, the same ?

I'm connected to my WiFi, not data roaming. That's a 400mbps service distributed across 4 satellite WiFi 6 mesh routers so it's not a connectivity issue.
