Discovery + is the other option to watch TNT Sports on the Go. You should have access to Discovery + if you pay for TNT Sports through Sky.

But Sky are responsible for being transparent and communicate in an appropriate and honest manner. You yourself have indicated (whether from knowledge or guess) that this is a repeated issue. I would of thought the embarressment to Sky (yourself) and the anger of it's customers then the minimum they should do is to recompense the customers.....as the service they provide is giving their customers a false impression of the service they provide.

BTW - as BBC and ITV are also unavailable I have the suspision Sky dont have the rights due to the digital format......I HOPE SKY AREN't WITHOLDING THIS AS IT WOULD POTENTIALLY IMPACT ON PERSONS WHO RELY ON SKY GO (like myself) ENDING THEIR SUBSCRIPTION.

I did try watching on the Discovery + app but they wanted £31 so I declined 😃

Having same problem on Skygo, pay subscription through BT for TNT sports, so why aren't I getting it on Skygo. I'm not taken another subscription with Sky.

@Kenboy1  Your issue is completely different sky go access is only for those paying Sky directly 

as you are paying bt you need to use the discovery plus app

Have you got any update on this 'issue'? There's a distinct lack of communication in this matter and wonder whether the team is still actually working on the matter. Out of interest is the issue technical, which appears unlikely as it doesnt effect TNT's other channels.

Second thoughts, could you give me he e:mail address to raise an official complaint/issue as it appears this 'community forum' doesnt have any influence on service concerns.

This issue is still ongoing which means that coverage of the Super Cup is not available for paying TNT customers using the Sky Go app. To make matters worse, I saw a comment that showed a fix for managing the products in Sky go. I have "discovery+ TNT Sports and Entertainment" as part of my package but when I go to manage content packs it isn't displayed. Images attached show this.

It's frankly utterly embarrassing that Sky don't seem to want to prioritise this or are happy enough for this to be an issue despite numerous forum posts and customers on socials complaining about this issue since July.

Still not fixed on the PS5 Sky Go app. It does appear on the Mac app though, but anyone who's ever had the displeasure on watching Sky on a Mac knows it's been the most unreliable thing for the last 15 years. Absolute rubbish that this hasn't been fixed in 4 weeks. What are we even paying for?

I am utterly fed up with Sky  I spent some 2 and a half hours (150 minutes) dealing with numpties in Sky whom transferred me about 14 times to different advisors and it was only the last guy I spoke to that told me there was an issue that they were attempting to fix, this is dreadful customer service do they not communicate between themselves. The PL kicks of this weekend, will it be sorted for then - this is abhorrent service and I for one will cancel Sky asap if it is not sorted for the weekend, they have know about it for long enough

Why does sky not put us TNT sports subscribers all on the discovery channel FREE if it works through this when it is added (which Sky  charge for as an additional package) until at least they get this issue solved - is this too simple  for Sky and their customer service is abhorrent at letting us the customers know and when it will be fixed, the PL starts this weekend and most of us subscribe to TNT sports to watch the football  and this needs a fix for then and no bloody excuses 😡😡😡

That sounds a fair 'work around' the problem. Ive nothing to back this up but the issue must be relate to Premier League football and something about a digital license. Your suggestion would certainly provide a cost effective solution for Sky. 👍

Ive checked my Sky Go on my phone and it looks like the issue has been resolved. 

TNT Sports 1 is back on the guide.

Despite an official complaint, i'm still awaiting any type of explanation. It's hardly a surprise that it appears that all EPL games are shown on the ellusive TNTSports1.

I am new to SKYGo and have only really downloaded it as ive had to move out of my home to care for my mother, am I correct in assuming there was no issue last season? I also dont remember EPL previously being available on Discovery+ and putting two and two together there is a conflict between Sky showing TNT games which have been licensed (possibly exclusively) to Discovery.

I have also checked the sky go app and have TNT Sports 1 back....just in time for the premier League...better late than never 😀
