Re: TNT Sports 1 not showing on Sky Go but TNT Sports 2 and the others are

TNT1 is also not working for me on Sky Go. Channel doesn't show, when I try to manage my products Discovery+ doesn't even show even though I have it and I'm paying for it. I'm currently watching TNT1 on my Sky Puck but it's completely hidden on Sky Go.

You mentioned that this was flagged up to Sky, however,  could you clarify whether todays 'missing' TNT Sports 1 is a new issue or a continuation of the issue identified on the original OP, dated the 19/7/25?

@Amazin+Port  no idea I'm afraid but given the long gap between posts I'll guess at a reoccurrence rather a continuation

Re: TNT Sports 1 not showing on Sky Go but TNT Sports 2 and the others are

Could you please as Sky to send me thenumber of times this has occured. I've lost faith in their product and more than annoyed that they couldnt show the Community Shield and fear this may well be an on-going issue, as it only appears to be TNT1 that's impacted.

No, I posted a specific reply to a post after that. I trash talked the sky puck a bit so maybe that was why.

To put this into context, TNT sports costs £30 / mth, so that 4 channels at £7.50 each. I missed large parts of the tour de France when I was travelling which was streamed live on TNT1. So we're denied 25% of the service with absolutely no offer of compensation, or even a sensible explanation. That's fine, but there's no real competition so we're all screwed over, continuously with nowhere else to go. My point in my deleted post is that the sub is between what, £70 to £130 a month despite no longer being so hardware cost intensive with dishes and vans everywhere.

Meantime I guess we will just have to wait and hope it gets fixed....

Re: TNT Sports 1 not showing on Sky Go but TNT Sports 2 and the others are

So this is evidently an on going problem which apparently Sky cant predict/eradicate. So strange that it only impacted TNT Sports1 and not the other channels........especially when the Community Shield was only available on Sports1.

Has anyone been given an 'explanation'? Im also interested in how often this happens and whether there's any recompense as Sky arent providing the service it's customers have paid for.

Is there an e:mail address to put the issues 'on the record'....im a bit concerned that Sky arent being as transparent as to the issue.

TNT sports 1 missing from channel listing on Sky Go app on Xbox console

TNT sports 1 is missing from the channel listing on the tv guide on Sky go app. TNT sports 2 and 3 channels are still there not TNT sports 1. I am a subscriber to TNT sports package.

The service is so poor. Will Sky be looking to compensate for the time we have not had TNT1 available? It's issue after issue these days with SkyGo. Considering the high price, it's extremely disappointing. Had to miss the Community Shield on Sunday for starters.

Re: TNT Sports 1 not showing on Sky Go but TNT Sports 2 and the others are

This has seemingly been an issue for weeks and effects paying customers on a pretty extortionate package, so not being able to watch the main channel of the TNT Sport add-on which broadcasts the main sporting events is more than a slight inconvenience.

Surely affected customers should be compensated instead to make up for the loss?

@CharlieOQ  I doubt sky would agree, and they will argue sky go is a free service at no extra cost to enable viewing on the go

the main subscription which you pay for is household entertainment at your residential address which is unaffected

Re: TNT Sports 1 not showing on Sky Go but TNT Sports 2 and the others are

It does appear to have been an issue for a number of weeks and still hasn't been resolved.  I don't want compensation, just the issue sorted as the Premier league is starting this week which is the main reason for subscribing to TNT and would want to watch if not at home.🙁
