Stop someone siging into sky go on a consol

Hiw do I stop someone using my sky go app on a consol. I have changed my password, followed the steps to remove the device under manage devices. But they still get back in and show under manage devices again. Help please, customer service just said there is nothing they can do and I just have to keep removing the device and changing my password. That can't be right

Usually doing the folliwng would stop them but not always straight away

First change your password:

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

Then go to this link:

https://skyid.sky.com/authorise/manage

If you tick "Sky Apps" and then the remove button, then anyone using SkyGo or SkyNews or SkySports apps etc. using your credentials will have the previous auth token removed and will be forced to sign in again (using the new password only you know). Will mean people you want to use your ID will need to do the same, but will force whoever is using your previous details off. This might not happen straight away but should do soon enough.

I have done this 3 times since April and they still manage to get back on the app on the consol. So im at a total loss
