When choosing live on watch, a message appears saying external playback not supported.

Sorry, it's not skygo, but just trying to use skysports app. It won't connect to watch live and comes up with the message

Find out moreSince the message has appeared have you tried rebooting the device or even removing the app, rebooting then installing it again as usually that message appears if the device is connected to an external device like a TV as it shouldn't appear if it isn't !
