To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am experiencing the same issue when attempting to watch sky sport channels despite it being included in my monthly subscription and me being able to watch them up until a few days ago . Please help me.
The error pop received reads as below.
Sorry, something went wrong. To watch this content please upgrade your subscription. Head to the TV tab in the MySky app to review your account or visit sky.com/hub/tv

this sounds similar to an issuje i have. i had accepted an offer to be retained but they then turned off my subscription rather than turning on the new subscription and this blocked my viewing card , now my box thinks i dont have a subscription and they are sending me a new card so have missed 5 days of viewing so far waiting for my new card
