Skygo not working on iPad, iPhone, Xbox or Apple TV

I've been getting a server connection error when I try to connect on my iPad, Apple TV, phone and xBox. 

I spoke to my broadband provider and they indicated there's no issues with my broadband - I can access all other sites without issue. They indicated the sky server was at fault. I'm in England. 

 

I've verified this as when I hotspot on my phone and connect those devices I can login without issue.

 

my provider is community fibre and an example of the error message is

 

you don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server

I'm getting the same issue.

 

My ISP is community fibre also.

 

Sky Q boxes also show the following message when "New Series" is selected on the tv guide:

 

"Sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem"
