Can anyone help, I cannot get sky go to work on my iPad. I have tried updating my iPad software (currently iPadOS 15.7.1), removing a number of devices, turning the iPad on and off, uninstalling the app, , connecting to my iPhone, and using a different Wi-Fi network in multiple locations. Can someone from sky contact me to help please.
The error message says please check you subscribed for this channel (I am), that your not streaming on the maximum devices (I'm not). Error code:50-2

Trying to watch the world cup football on ITV or sports channels - I have subscriptions and have reduced the number of devices to 3 rather than 5
