SkyGo is not allowing me to watch Sky Sports on ipad but I can on my iphone. Any ideas?

SkyGo is not allowing me to watch Sky Sports on ipad but I can on my iphone. Any ideas? On the ipad it says "To watch this content please upgrade your subscription." But my subscription includes all sports channels and it works on iphone

On your iPad can to install the Sky Sports app to see if this works for you as you can watch the live Sky sports channels via it,

It is doing the same thing and saying my subscription does not allow me to watch and I need to upgrade

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
