Definitely a squadron of pigs flying past I'd say. Is there no official place to lodge a bug report. On here just seems a lot of guesses, and I see no help from anyone who actually works for Sky

Yes but Andy .C it's worked for Stockers so we have to use that as a good starting point.No point in sulking because his works and yours doesn't.This forum is about using other peoples experiences to try and fix each others problems.He's telling you he's got it working no need to take the huff with Stockers there

What makes me laugh is the recent pinned message about support being withdrawn on tvOS. Does someone at Sky think they support this app? There seems to be little evidence of that.

I've had the problem too intermittently. I switched to the beta version to see if that fixed it, but it didn't. Today that version was updated to 24-2-2. Not had the problem yet but can anyone from Skt say whether this new version fixes the problem?

Finally!
Recently updated Windows 11 to release 24H2 and thought, let's try Sky Go again. It started up, went to update and installed Sky Go version 24.2.3.0 and it actually works.
I have no idea if the Windows update helped but I suspect so because I could never get the Sky Go app to get to the update screen before, let alone actually being able to watch anything.
So I'm happy but still never had any response from Sky about this.

Doesn't work for me...it did the update and then crashes with the same error code it did before. The customer service that Sky is offering makes the worst eBay sellers seem like the tailors in John Wick; it's effectively non-existent.

This new update does not work for me either. Works fine on a system where 23H2 has been updated to 24H2, but not on a system where 24H2 has been clean installed. For example, the program starts playing but then appears to lock up. Here's a screenshot of the problem. Just have the spinning wheel, and if I close the program it will take a couple of minutes to do so. Once back to the main menu it again takes a couple of minutes to respond to any command including closing the program.
Can Sky please respond?

I instaled the new update and it is exactly the same. I can play films but if I try TV I get a black screen with sound and subtitles but no picture. This is only on my Windows 11 desktop. On my android tablet it works perfectly.
