Sky stream, use of sky go before delivery

Hi I have ordered sky stream 25/10/2024  at about 17:30 and it was my understanding I could use the sky go app immediately while awaiting delivery. Currently I'm getting a error  0-01 in the sky go app and code 1404 on the PC app. Does anyone know how long it takes for the app to start working after ordering.

I take it you have set up a Sky ID using your Sky account number, if you have see if this helps:

Hi thanks for the reply, I have checked in the sky app and it has the "streaming tv account number" listed correctly.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
