Sky sports won’t play on sky go

I have full sports subscription but now cannot watch sky sports on sky go on both my Xbox or phone ?

Why, what is happening when you try to view Sky Sports on your phone ?

Do you subscribe to the Sky Sports package ?

It just says please upgrade your subscription. I have sky sports 1 pack. And sky sports HD. ?

That doesn't appear to me to be the full sports package so can you confirm that you can watch all the Sky Sports channels via your TV ?

I have the same issue. Cannot watch Sports on Sky Go. I definitely paid for sports in my package. Everything else on Sky Gomis fine.

I get a message saying "something went wrong .....   check your network connection and try again later"

 

I can watch Movies for example so it's not my network connection ? Would appreciate any help from SKY ?
