Sky sports subscription not working on Sky Go

Good evening,

I pay for Sky sports as an add on on my sky stream subscription however it is not allowing me to watch it on Sky go on my phone. It comes up with a message saying "please upgrade your subscription to watch this channel".  I haven't had the account long only a week or so and initially it worked but it doesn't anymore. I am still able to watch Sky sports via the sky stream puck on my TV.

I'm having the exact same issue. I've had sports since Christmas but it's now stopped working on sky go.

Have you made any changes to your account recently, like moved from Sky Q to Sky Glass or Stream and what device are you using with Sky Go ?

Thanks for the reply, sorry this was my fault, I thought the football was on sky but it was actually on BT. Please remove this issue for me thanks

Don't worry about it @TimDD as someone else did the same, the good news is that the games are on Sky from Monday to Thursday next week.

Is that the only sports channel you subscribe to so you can't access the same channel via the Sky Go app ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
