Sky sports not working on sky go, i do have a sports subscription.

Sky sports will not work on sky go, i have a sports subscription, this has always worked before. It is saying i need to upgrade my subscription

Do you have Sky Q and if so have you tried turning off the connection to the box to see if it will then work for you. To do this go into settings via the Sky Go app.

Ive just tried the above, ive re downloaded, but still nothing, cant watch anything at all, saying upgrade subscription. Cheers for trying though

I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
