Last week I upgraded my package to include sky sports, unfortunately sky sports is not working on my sky go app on my phone or laptop, all other available channels appear to be working ok, its just the sky sports element that isn't working, The message you need the relevant sky tv subscription to watch this show code 1410 appears when I try to log on to sky sports. I have tried all the reccomended fixes listed on here but nothing has worked.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
