Trying to log in to sky sports app I get unexpected error message.

Have you checked that the app is up to date ?

Can you login to the Sky Go app on the same phone ?

I have my sky. I've got sky stream. Not sure if I have sky go.

You can install like you did with the Sky Sports app if you haven't already got it.
