Sky q box is not enabled to connect to sky go

When I go to my settings I get a message watch via sky go. When I click on activate it says you sky q box is not enabled to connect to sky go click reactivate and nothing happens

Do you have the Monthly Sky Q Multiscreen subscription?

Without this you cannot connect to your Q box
