As I said yesterday what should be important is the viewing card number when it comes to using the app to set remote recordings.

 

Is the viewing card that is shown on the Sky+ app match the one that is in your Sky Q box ?

It does not it's old number and all settings are hd box

Have you tried using the search for boxes button to see if the app can find the viewing card that is in your Sky Q box ?
