Sky go will not work via home wifi

Sky go app only works via mobile data at home, and only 1 person at a time can watch it, yey it works fine at work using their Internet. 

• Un installed, re installed,  updated, rebooted etc, nothings working.  Have been on with a tech for over an hour, and he is stumped.  It's all channels, not just sports.

Are you meaning trying  to use with Sky Q at home?

If not, do you get any errors in the Sky Go app, when you launch it under your wifi?

If so, do you have the Sky Q Multiscreen package?

You’ll need a Sky Q Multiscreen subscription to watch live TV when Sky Go is connected to your Sky Q box, and also watch and download recordings from your Sky Q box to the Sky Go app (if you have Sky Q Multiscreen, you’ll already have Sky Go Extra).

Please note: You won’t be able to access recordings from your Sky Q box if you don’t have Sky Q Multiscreen.

Plus, may be worth a reboot try of your home broadband router, then reboot your devices you use for Sky Go.

I have got this in recent days as well. First reboot sorted it but now I am trying every day and it fails. Reset everything and removed and reinstalled all apps twice and nothing! Disconnecting the wifi works but it frezzes not long after I reconnect!

I have the same issue, with Sky Go. It works fine with a mobile signal and at work over that WiFi, but doesn't work over Sky Full Fibre Broadband at home. Tried resetting the router, Sky Q box, uninstalled and reinstalled the Sky Go app and still Sky Go will not work. Can anyone at Sky offer a solution please?
