Trying to watch the Lions rugby with sky go on my iPad. I can watch one programme live but as soon as I stop that and try to watch something else, it tells me to check I have the right subscription (I do), that I'm not over the max no of devices (I'm just using one), and that it's error 50-2. That's all I get from there. Any other programme selection gives the same result. Tried turning off and restarting the iPad - it makes no difference, same result immediately.
But if I delete the app and reload, re-enter password etc, I can go ahead as if nothing had happened. Weird...
If anyone has a fix for this I'd be really grateful. It's frustrating!

can't find a precise location button in settings-sky go , but turning off the vpn has sorted it. Brilliant for in the uk. Thank you!

Give this a try:
Go to Settings > Sky Go > Location and turn off Precise Location off.
If you use a VPN make sure this is turned off.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
