I'm a new customer and was told on the phone that SkyGo and everything was activated but it's not working. When I try to log in I get this error message "Sorry, something went wrong.
Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later." I'm on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and my password is only letters and numbers.
