I'm a new customer and was told on the phone that SkyGo and everything was activated but it's not working. When I try to log in I get this error message "Sorry, something went wrong.
Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later." I'm on an iPhone 13 Pro Max and my password is only letters and numbers.

Have you tried rebooting your iPhone or deleting the app, rebooting and installing it again ?
