Sky go stopped working on Xbox series X

As it says in the title my sky go has suddenly stopped working on my xbox series X it still works on my pc and galaxy tab but not on the xbox, it has this message: You cant use sky go on this device yet. you'll need sky q multiscreen, sky glass whole home or sky go extra


and i have sky go extra as it was working

Does Sky Go Extra appear on your bill under TV:

yes and i know i have it as it was working last week

In that case you will need to call Sky as you should still be able to use the app on your console as you do have Sky Go Extra on your account.
