I have the exact same issue, the Sky Go app updated, now I have been kicked out, and cant log back in.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but still not letting me back on.
Please help Sky, the Sky Go update has a bug.

I have the exact same issue, I've tried everything but since the update I can't access the sky go app from my Xbox one.
can someone at sky fix this?

I am also a vip member with a 23 year subscription to sky. We already pay well above £100..
can someone fix this, I've been watching sky from my console for over 10 years

Just an update from me. Sky managed to solve the problem for me. I had more luck over the phone with thier team (who if you were follwing my posts eventually called me back with a solution)
Sky on my Xbox is working again. thank you

I have been having the same problem since Saturday (missed the Man City game). Could somebody please advise on how to resolve this, been using Sky Go got over 10 years without an issue until now.
