Hi Team,
I having the same issue as every one else on here. I have Sky Go Extra, the latest app on my Xbox 1 console but since the last week it has stopped working, please can you assist? I can view some live channels but not others.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I am having the same issue as the original post. My Xbox series X is new out the box today so having removed my old Xbox from the list of sky go devices and tried to sign in on this device I am still unable to move past the message to say I can't use sky go on this device yet. Please can you help

I'm back. I posted to this thread in June when Sky Go Extra disappeared from my account. It's happened again. Could some kind soul escalate me to the messaging team please?

Hello, I cannot sign into Sky Go on my X-Box One. I can sign into Sky Go on my Samsung phone using the exact same Username and Password?
Please help as this is very frustrating.

All good now. I went to X-Box home and then back into the App. and it then just logged in automatically without me having to enter Username and Password. Weird........but cool.
