I am also having this problem!

 

Sky go works on my mobile but now no longer works on the xbox series x

 

Please help

Contact sky.  Even though sky go was showing on my account on there side it wasn't so they had to activate it there end

Ok so I took the advice on here to be able to access sky go on my xbox - I am a sky glass customer, Diamond VIP member of over 19yrs. Rang up to get sky go extra added and they refused. Said it would be 12 quid a month to add. I wasn't happy, so asked to be put through to cancellations. They said it was 12 quid also but they'd do me a deal for 6 quid!! The nerve!!!

 

So yeah, I am not very happy.

Hello all.  I have the same problem. I have sky go extra free as VIP customer and is reflected on latest bill (billed there as free). Is calling sky the only option for resolution or could a kind soul escalate for me here please? 🙂 Cheers.

As per the message you might need mukltiscreen ir the whole home sub depending on if you are a Sky Glass customer or not so to get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thanks for your help @caesarome. I'm just an old fashioned Sky+hd subscriber, not q or glass with free sky go extra via platinum VIP.  Thanks again for your help. Hope someone else can assist further tomorrow

Update - Spoken to @bw9fsvl, after checking their account we found they do not have the required subscription for games consoles.
