Sky go 'sky unavaialbe error 14041h'

can't get sky go sports on my windows 11 laptop for last 10 days or so.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled sky go, turned off q box and my laptop and just keep getting 'Sky unavailable error 1404'

Do you have a Sky Sports TV subscription from Sky ?


If you do try signing out of the app and then back into it.

 

Make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email

Go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.
