Sky go sign in stuck on iPad

My sky go app is stuck in a loop. I sign in and message says "because of a technical error you cannot watch this programme.". I press ok and it returns to sign in. I have deleted and reinstalled app several times. Same result. It worked on my iPad perfectly until recently then I kept getting this message so uninstalled to try and resolve. All our other devices are working fine.

There should be a chat bubble at the bottom of the page like the one shown in the link posted by Lisa. If it isn't there then look back sometime tomorrow.
