Have Slim PS4 and Sky Glass.
Updated Sky Go yesterday on PS4 and now having problems with live TV.
Keeps freezing and stops working even when using a Lan connection.
Was working ok before the update.
Can someone help plz before the PL starts.

I am having the same issue but only when using the headset. I have a PS5 Pulse 3D wireless headset and when it is turned on the video freezes and when i turn off the headset it comes back again...

I've done another test. Plugged a usb wired headset into the ps4 and the same thing happened. Also tested turning off my wireless headset and pluging it into the ps4 controller with an aux cable and the same thing happened.
Something to do with the audio appears to be the cause of the problem

I am having the same issue. Sky Go not working on PS4 whenever a speaker is plugged into the controller.

Similar problem
Since i updated ps4 sky go app , which i am forced to do the app doesn't work anymore
Wanted me to sign in an wouldn't take my details for like 10 mins of trying
Logged into may sky app on my phone then ps4 took my details
It worked then once , the next day an ever since , the app wont load
Just comes up with an error
Any ideas ?

headphones makes the new sky go app on ps4 freeze
I have updated the recent sky go app on the ps4 and linked it to the skyQ box. I have messed around with this as I was getting buffering and only the Ads worked and the skynews channel. After a few attemps I found what was causing the problem. I ended up taking out the headphones from the joypad and it all worked perfect. So now I cannot watch sky tv with headphones on. This all worked great before this new update came into action. I would like to know is there going to be a fix to use my standard wired headphones in the near future as this renders this app useless now to use for my own personal use on a night time.
