Do you have it connected to something, if so you will need to disable it.

After disconnecting anything it was connected to have you then rebooted your tablet ?

Thanks everyone I found out what it was my tablet did an update and connected me to some thing called dex, I then switched off smart view mirror screen now I can play sky go on tablet

Hi all
So just wanted to share that if you have a Samsung tablet giving this error, it is most likely because Dex is switched on. I uninstalled Sky Go and rebooted multiple times without success, this response was the one that sorted it for me.
