Sky go on my apple tv

Hi, I've seen somebody have trouble with something similar. 

Im trying to log in to SkyGo on my AppleTv but it keeps saying I need to verify my account? When I scan the link it takes me to an error page but it looks like it wants me to sort a security question.

 

Ive tried all the ways I can think to add one, but it either throws up an error page, or won't let me select the option to make one? 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
