Sky go on apple TV verify email issue

Been searching on Google how to resolve this issue I have sky whole home when I try login my apple TV it asks me to verify email Ive scanned the qr code with no option to verify does anyone know how I resolve this thankyou

Are you sent a verification email because if so you might need to click through the link in it. Look in junk/trash and bin folders  for this email incase it has ended up in one of them.

Manage to fix the issue when you scan the qr code and it takes you to the sky website you need login and ask it to remember you then re scan the wr code it will ask you to set up a security question do that and your good to go
