Sky go on all devices not allowing me to play any subscribed channels

Had Sky Q multi room installed with sky sports hd package.  All package working ok on Sky Q.  Sky Go  working before install.  Now Sky Q is  installed I cant watch any of my subscribed channels on Sky Go. 
Deleted  apps restarted all boxes and devices. All software on devices up to date.   Its clearly a piece of information that needs to be added at Sky end to enable viewing.  Have been awaiting fix for 2 days and counting.  Sky have stated that sky go is a free option so you dont get any fast resoultion to the problem or any compensation.  Come on Sky 🙏

What is happening when you try to use Sky Go and on what device is this happening on ?

It says I need to go to my sky and subscribe.  I'm already subscribing

On apple devices, ipad and iphone.  All up to date software

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
