I have the full package so don't need to upgrade also when I try to go in to the app to check devices it just goes straight to server error ?

Been a customer for ages was working fine up until a few months ago I bought a iMac through sky and that's the only thing I can see when I go on my sky app not my sky package could that be it do you think?

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours.

I have the same issue as Debbie there.
I'm new to Sky since March 15 2024. Bought the Sky Stream box and have 2 x Sky Go for devices. I only have 1 active but I keep getting asked to upgrade my subscription when I go to play or download anything. Sky go worked on my android phone for about 2 to 3 days. I have tried all the uninstall and reinstalled tricks from both the play store and sky.com. Same error always shows.....
